David Bryant started in the land development business in 1977. He has experience developing vacation properties mostly in the Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Charleston, and Savannah areas. He also has worked in Orlando, FL, Gulf Shores, AL, Colorado, Tennessee, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. David has owned and operated four real estate marketing and development companies. His first venture with Patten Corporation and Lone Star Land Partners was in 1990. His path crossed with the company again in 2015. David holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Real Estate Designation (CCIM) and a Certified International Property Specialist designation (CIPS).
Coming from a retail management background for over 20 years to working for National Land Partners has been a dream come true for Mark. One of his greatest satisfactions is getting to know different people who all have great individual stories and ultimately share the same passion in becoming a land owner. Rob joined Lone Star Land Partners in 2020 after nearly 20 years in the Information Technology industry. He is a native Texan and grew up in the agricultural world. He started his career in the automotive industry in 2015 managing a small automotive company in Round Rock, TX, before finding his true passion of helping people from all over find their own piece of Texas property.
